Recolte Automnale 12 Pack-Harvest Special V.2023

$175.00

A Harvest Season Delight

Wholesale pricing on the last of the inaugural 2023 vintage for your late summer enjoyment.

An assemblage of mid season Autumn varieties from a neighboring orchard under my stewardship. Rhode Island Greening, Jonathan, Golden Delicious, and various crabs foraged locally. Picked from mid September to early October, these apples offer an intriguing insight into the possibilities of some of the more commonly planted varieties in western Sonoma County; producing a Cider that is raw and fleshy, with a tannic backbone that supports different food pairings. Extended maceration on pulp prior to pressing, then slowly fermented to dryness in stainless steel, before an addition of fresh pressed Granny smith juice providing the necessary “liqueur de tirage.” Available here as a 12-pack
