Récolte Automnale blends some of the most revered apples planted in abundance in the area; Jonathan, Golden Delicious and Rhode Island Greening, with more elusive cider cultivars including Nehou, Potters Perfection, Amere de Berthcourt, and Kingston Black. Locally foraged crab apples round out the blend. Fermented completely in stainless steel, with fresh pressed juice used as a Liqueur de tirage to kick start a secondary fermentation en tirage, this cider is bone-dry and structured, with a lively tension and fleshy concentration.

This cider is our most food friendly, and can be enjoyed in place of white or sparkling wine in any occasion, particularly those in which rich, creamy, or spicy foods could use a vibrant backstop.
